We ordered a charm for a special birthday gift, however we never received it. We did receive a package addressed to us, but it included someone else’s order and packing slip. We called and left several messages and sent emails, but no one ever responded. I understand human error, but I don’t understand not trying to make things right. Isn’t that what customer service is all about?
The Flag Lady is definitely lacking in that area.

I received the wrong order. I called, left messages and emailed with no response. I just received an email to the wrong person to make a comment on Flag Lady Gifts. Will not purchase from this company again. Do yourself a favor/ time/money and buy somewhere else.

First they didn’t remember to ship my order. I had to call/email multiple times to get them to ship it. They are not responsive AT ALL. Then i didn’t even receive the right order. Have not heard from the owner after I left multiple emails/calls. So now I’m stuck charged and with the wrong item. Terrible service. Would not recommend this store at all.

I ordered the dove gray St. Christopher enameled pendant. First, the communication was excellent. The chain and pendant were shipped separately yet arrived on the same day. Secondly, the shade of gray is stunning. I had not seen it in person so took a gamble. I haven’t taken it off since receiving it! Thank you so much!

I ordered three of the smallest size and they were beautiful. The only downside is that they were shipped in a lightly padded envelope, stapled to the invoice. I was hoping they would have been a bit more protected. The colors look great (I ordered purple, pink and gold)
