Your prices are really good.  Is everything new and authentic? 
Yes, Absolutely!  Flag Lady Gifts has been in retail sales since 1992, and we sell only genuine first-quality merchandise.

What is your "Low Price Guarantee?"
At Flag Lady Gifts, we strive to give you fair and accurate prices at all times.  If you find the identical item elsewhere online at a lower price (including shipping), please let us know.  We will do our best to match that price for you.

From time to time there may be information on our Web Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. Flag Lady Gifts LLC reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

Where is your shipping location?  
We ship from Wayne, PA, just outside Philadelphia, our nation's birthplace.

Do you guarantee your products?  
We sell only new, top-quality merchandise and stand behind our products in the case of a manufacturing defect.  However, we cannot control how a product is used (or mis-used) and need our customers to take care with their purchases.
 
What if my order is damaged or defective? 
We inspect each item prior to shipping. If an item arrives at your door damaged or defective, we will either replace it, or issue a refund. Simply email Jan at info@flagladygifts.com within 30 days of receipt of your order and we will make it right for you. Please provide your phone number. If your items were damaged in shipping, be sure to keep the original packing materials and box in case an inspection is requested by the shipper.
 

Canceling or Changing an Order
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible, as we ship very quickly! We will do our best to help you out, but cannot guarantee that we will be able to change or cancel an order after it has been placed. Please be sure to include your order number in any change or cancellation requests. All Jane Basch Designs custom jewelry orders are put into production within hours of placing your order. Contact us ASAP if you would like to try to change a Jane Basch Design order to avoid any recutting fees.
